So I found this video on YouTube today and had to share it on this here blog. While I have never had this experience before (luckily) it has crossed my mind on occasion as I do live in bear country and do like to go on run on the trails.
This video was taken in while trail running in British Columbia (This reminded me of you Steve). So if you are out on the trails, enjoy the amazing scenery...........but be careful! HAPPY RUNNING!
P.S. The action occurs at about the 3:10 mark if you are too patient to wait.
